2. Party Bookings & Events

All party bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We require a deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due before or on the event date. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

We reserve the right to cancel events due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, illness of staff, or venue restrictions. In such cases, we will offer rescheduling or a full refund.

3. Liability & Safety

While we take every precaution to ensure safe, enjoyable events, parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children during our activities. Celebricks is not liable for injuries that occur due to failure to follow safety instructions or inadequate supervision.

We maintain appropriate public liability insurance and follow all relevant health and safety guidelines for our events and activities.

4. Payment Terms

We accept payment by bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment terms and cancellation policies are provided at the time of booking.
